Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of morra.store and related services ("Service") operated by MORRA. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The platform

MORRA is a digital platform for artists. Through morra.store you can use AI-assisted tools for your creative workflow, purchase credits and subscriptions for additional access, and—where offered—participate in a referral rewards program. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, reach out through the AI assistant on morra.store.

3. Payments & credits

Payments for purchases and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize charges in accordance with the checkout terms presented to you.

All purchases are final unless required by applicable law. Credits are non-transferable and, except where the law requires otherwise, non-refundable. Credits are a limited license to use Service features as described at purchase—not cash or stored value.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel through the Stripe customer billing portal or another method we provide on morra.store.

4. Referral program

You may earn referral rewards based on qualifying activity from users you refer, as described in the product. Program rules, tiers, and rates may change; we may suspend or adjust rewards in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or manipulation.

We may withhold or revoke earnings where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms. Referral rewards are not guaranteed income.

5. Payouts & Stripe Connect

Receiving payouts generally requires connecting a Stripe Express account through our in-app flow. You are responsible for completing Stripe's onboarding (including identity verification and bank details).

Payout timing and settlement are controlled by Stripe and your bank, not MORRA. We are not responsible for delays caused by Stripe, financial institutions, or your own failure to complete onboarding or meet Stripe's requirements.

Nothing on morra.store promises a minimum level of earnings; referral activity and payouts depend on real usage and compliance with these Terms and program rules.

6. Geographic limitations

Whether you can receive cash payouts depends on Stripe, your country or region, your bank, and the payout methods Stripe supports for your situation. Availability and rules change over time and can differ from one user to another.

Some users may not be able to receive payouts through the standard Connect flow or usual bank transfer options, even if referral earnings appear in the app. In those cases, Stripe may offer other options, or payouts may not be available—this is outside MORRA's control.

MORRA is not responsible for Stripe's decisions, country or sanctions restrictions, bank policies, or any limitation on Connect, Express accounts, or withdrawals. We do not guarantee that any user in any location can cash out referral balances.

You are responsible for confirming that you can complete Stripe onboarding and receive payouts in your jurisdiction before relying on referral cash earnings. If you are unsure, check Stripe's published requirements for your country or contact support through morra.store.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service or amounts you receive. MORRA does not provide tax advice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully. You must not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the Service—including automated abuse, exploitation, security probing, or use that violates applicable law or others' rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for risk to the platform or users, abusive behavior, non-payment where applicable, or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

9. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that any feature will always be available.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, express or implied. AI outputs are tools for your review; you are responsible for how you use them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MORRA and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), where permitted by law.

No guarantee of earnings: the Service does not guarantee any particular referral results, payouts, or financial outcome.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MORRA from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on morra.store and adjust the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where the law allows.

13. Song Wars tournaments

Song Wars is an optional, recurring competition on morra.store with entry limits, queues, and credit prizes described in the product. Outcomes are not guaranteed; rules, cap on participants, scheduling, and rewards may change.

AI judging disclaimer: scores and feedback are generated by automated systems for entertainment and rough evaluation. They are not professional A&R, label, chart, or legal determinations and must not be relied on as such.

Your content: you are solely responsible for links, audio, and text you submit; you represent you have the rights to share them and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove submissions or disqualify entries where needed for safety, abuse, or legal compliance.

Leaderboard points and prizes are discretionary program mechanics, not wages or guaranteed value. Void where prohibited.
